Arman Gungor is the CEO and founder of Metaspike and a senior digital forensic examiner, software developer, and expert witness. He leads the development of industry-recognized tools like Forensic Email Collector and Forensic Email Intelligence, used worldwide for forensically sound email and cloud collections. Arman also serves as Director of Forensics at Meridian Discovery, where he helps corporations, law firms, and government entities preserve and investigate email evidence, with a particular focus on modern attachments, hyperlinked files, and authentication of email evidence. 

Hon. Xavier Rodriguez is a United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas, where he has served since 2003. Prior to his appointment to the federal bench, he was a Justice on the Texas Supreme Court and a partner at the international law firm Fulbright & Jaworski. Judge Rodriguez is widely recognized for his expertise in electronic discovery, artificial intelligence, and data privacy, and is a frequent author and speaker on these topics. In addition to his judicial service, he teaches as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he brings real-world experience into the classroom to educate the next generation of legal professionals.
